The director of To Live & Ride in L.A., David Rowe was hit up by the website People’s Bike, a cool hub for urban cycling in China. Unsurprisingly, the land of the most bikes in the world (probably mostly brakeless, not bc of the trend) is seriously down with fixed gears now. It’s dope to see that they’ve got alleycats and trick comps over in Shanghai, in probably the busiest streets I’ve ever seen in world. They hit David up not too long ago, about a screening of FAST FRIDAY and now an interview where they asked him about living in L.A. now, drunken party rides, and his new upcoming film.
