From the Westside of LA, riding out of LAB, these OG heads were a handful during filming, especially Charlie..who can forget this classic move? CRASH!
Never a dull moment, these guys were super fun to work with and always surprised us with what they can throw down on a bike.

George, Efrem and Charlie were friends before we started the movie, then with Keo in the mix, shit was Craze. These guys showed us what the Venice life is like; riding all day in the sun, locals only spots, smoking hella weed. It’s cool that Venice was the birthplace of skateboarding, and now is really a center point of Fix Gear FreeStyle. On any given day you can find FGFS riders practicing next to the skaters down at Venice Beach. This really is the place to “Think Global, and Ride Local.”

The LAB boys represented the West side in “To Live & Ride in L.A.” and were the best tour guides for Keo during his trip to LA. It was a summer none of us will forget. See it on 6/21/20!!!

Everybody who rides a fixed gear at one point, either had, wanted or still has an Aerospoke. One of the most sought after wheels in our world, and we have them has our proud sponsors of TL&R. Just about every fixed rider in LA that we know as rocked one in their riding career.
That iconic image of a track bike doing a wheelie with an Aerospoke spinning in the front or holding down the rear, is one of my favorite images ever. We feel really blessed to have such an legendary wheel, rolling our riders around town. We all need music that really gets your legs pumping, beats to keep you spinning down those hills, and cutting lines through Trafik (LoL). Some of L.A.’s top labels contributed to the TL&R, creating a movie that’s stacked with hits from beginning to end featuring Silversun Pickups, Hot Hot Heat, Minus The Bear, Santogold, Darker My Love, Futurecop!, Sea Wolf, Eulogies, Willowz, and tons more.

Silverlake based Dangerbird Records was a major sponsor, working with us to create a soundtrack that matches the fast-paced action of fixed gear riding with the unique vibe that defines Los Angeles. Also onboard the production was Dim Mak Records, you know Steve Aoki knows what’s wheelie gewd. Adding to the eclectic mix were I Heart Comix and Anticon, who were down to rep L.A. and fixed gear culture.

But don’t sleep on hip-hop. When I ride, it’s mostly what is pumping through my lines in the street. L.A. street poet BAMBU threw down some tracks, along with our homeboy INTUITION. The Bay is also represented by CROWN CITY ROCKERS, and from the SWTBRDS label DaVinici and StreetMedia. East Coast MC, Billy Drease Williams rounds it out with some NY flavor.
